Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, rich woodwork, and colorful vintage touches give each room its own personality, while three levels offer plenty of room to spread out. Outside, a beautifully landscaped backyard and garden create a peaceful little retreat in the middle of town.

This is the kind of home that invites you to slow down and stay awhile. Enjoy coffee beneath the garden arbor, linger over dinner on the patio, play a game upstairs in the loft, or curl up for a movie downstairs. The baby grand piano, artwork, cozy furnishings, and architectural details make the space feel collected rather than decorated. And when you’re ready to head out, Old Town, CSU, neighborhood parks, restaurants, breweries, and bike trails are all within easy reach.

BATHROOMS: There is a full bathroom on each level. The primary bathroom features a soaking tub and walk-in shower, while the downstairs bathroom includes a steam shower. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, heating, air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

HISTORY: Built as a Seventh Day Adventist Church in 1902, this one-of-a-kind property has been home to seven different churches over the years and is now a designated historic landmark in Fort Collins. The church was thoughtfully converted into a private residence in 2010, preserving much of the character and craftsmanship that make the home so special today.

NOTE: As a historic home, there are a few areas with lower or sloped ceilings. Please use caution, particularly in the lower-level hallway.
