The Penthouse Loft is beautiful, convenient and spacious! This loft is in the heart of downtown, so that means good food, drinks, coffee and entertainment are all just steps away. The four bedrooms are all large and comfortable, plus there are several distinct areas to sit and hang out. The kitchen is well-equipped and the loft has a washer and dryer. Our son attends CSU, so we visits Fort Collins a few times a year and always rent from Stacy and Mountain Time. Stacy is organized, communicative, and dependable. The rentals are always clean, comfortable and well-appointed..

Tourist
This property is "off the charts" amazing for so may reasons. From the location, the amenities, and the attention to detail throughout, the property is unbeatable. The historic location, in the heart of Ft Collins, is close to great restaurants, pubs, shopping, night life, breweries, all within walking distance. Also, the access to the Poudre River Trail, only a couple blocks away, is a great place to walk, run, bird watch, fly fish, etc. The amenities set this property apart as well. The chef kitchen is amazing, no details have been overlooked. The bedding, furniture, back patio, whole property is missing NOTHING!! Oh, and the shower/sauna.....It's the best shower I've ever taken!!!! We can save everyone the challenge to find the best property for their family to stay at in N. Colorado, it's this one!! Enjoy. We can't wait to stay there again!!!

The LOFT is Unreal!
This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the Loft and has yet to disappoint. We came to Ft. Collins and stayed here for a work retreat so we had a pretty big group. It fit all of us very comfortably and had ample space for work and play ;). It's super close to everything in downtown including restaurants, breweries, shops, etc. Can't wait to stay again!

Stunning Stay!
This condo was the perfect place to stay for my brother's wedding. It has all the space and jaw dropping places for pictures. If you are looking for a stunning condo that will leave you and your guests continuously talking about how amazing the space is then this is it. Stacy was also so accommodating and helpful before and during our stay. This is our second time booking with Mountain Time and wee will be back again soon.

Great location!
This property is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Old Town. We stayed here when it was snowing and colder, so it was nice not to have to walk far into town! Great big space and loved the kitchen for cooking! Made a big brunch for New Years Day! Mountain Time Vacation rentals always has very clean properties and quick response time! Very friendly team!

The Best!
My family of 7 and I stayed in this beautifully renovated space during July. Access to Old Town amenities is as easy as walking out the front door. Clean, tastefully decorated, and scads of room for everyone to be comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked if you want to cook. My family loved this space and this location and can't wait to stay there again.
