INDOOR LIVING: 50” Smart TV, bar-top seating, board games, laptop-friendly workspace
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, cooking essentials, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener. There is no dishwasher.
BATHROOMS: There is a bathroom on each level, one has a bathtub. We always include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

Comfortable and convenient!
Super cozy house in a great location! We were able to walk to Old Town and grab coffee down the road. We loved walking along the river trail just around the corner!

The house was nice , clean, spacious and calming. It had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The house is near all the lovely restaurants and bars in the downtown area. I would definitely stay again!

All the service of a great hotel and the comfort and privacy of a home. This spot was great! We were within walking distance of everything we needed. The space was beautifully upgraded and the decor was lovely. It was comfortable and felt very much like home. They had everything we needed, even some extra basics available in case we forgot something. It was a very nice touch to this already relaxing and cozy environment. Stacy was proactive in making sure that we had what we needed before we needed it and was accommodating when it came to our requests. The service level was so nice compared to other places we have stayed. The short walk to Old Town had so much to offer between food, shopping, and entertainment. The hardest part was deciding on where to go from all of the lovely recommendations that we were given. We will definitely be back and will stay here again. Thanks for the lovely time!

Stacy's property was a perfect oasis while visiting family! The upstairs loft was ideal for our 12-year old son. He LOVED it! The house was beautifully decorated and the location was close to the historic downtown. This was our 2nd stay in a month and we would definitely stay again. It was truly a home away from home!

Great location, excellent amenities and cozy!
Opted for a vacation home vs. hotel for this visit to Fort Collins to see family. The Hattie house is super convenient to downtown attractions, easy parking and well appointed.
