Loved the area!
We rented this condo during CSU graduation weekend, so loved the ability to walk and avoid traffic -- Old Town (1 mile) or the breweries or the river trail (.7 miles) and our Little Bird Bakeshop for a morning croissant and golden milk latte (1.5 miles). Spacious!
This condo is huge! The pictures do not do it justice. The beds are super comfortable and so is the furniture. This condo felt very new. It is close to Old town and only a short drive to stores and activities. We had a minor issue with a broken door handle and Stacy sent someone to fix it immediately! Only negative I can think of is the skylight in the loft area was very bright for anyone sleeping in the sofa bed. Location!! Location!! Location!!
We adored our Condo!! The location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, stores, and parks. We loved that they had the availability to use bikes for transportation needs or a stroll around the FOCO area. The management team was courteous and very responsive! Will be staying here for any future stay. We totally loved our stay at the Condo! The location was super convenient – awesome restaurants, cool shops, and nice parks were all just a stone's throw away. It made getting around and having fun really easy, whether we were grabbing a quick bite, shopping till we dropped, or just chilling outdoors. Having bikes available for guests was a brilliant touch! It was a fantastic way to explore Fort Collins (FOCO), either for getting around or just a leisurely ride. It definitely added a fun, active vibe to our trip. We had such an amazing time that we're definitely coming back to this Condo next time we're in the area. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful hosts!
Stayed for 5 days in October! Quiet, beautiful, open setting and perfect to spread out! Great location, walkable to downtown, quick drive to supermarket. Very well equipped home! Stacy was incredibly responsive and any issues that arose (while minor) were addressed immediately!
