NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line which run through downtown. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard occasionally during your stay.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras which will be actively recording video while guests are in residence. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces.
