Old Town North Jewel! Near Breweries and River!

Great townhouse!
My husband and I enjoyed this townhouse, loved the roof top deck! We also used the bikes to ride along the Poudre trail, it was nice to have those and the garage to park in as well! Stacy is easy to work with and all of their places have been great!

Loved the Condo!
We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very amenable and accommodating, helping us get settled in just fine. The condo was super clean, comfortable, spacious, all the amenities one would need and located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was located within easy biking distance to Old Town with shops, restaurants, pubs, attractions and the river. There are two bicycles with helmets for your use. The one stall parking garage was a plus! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Fort Collins!

Great location!
We were in town for a wedding and the property was exactly what we were looking for. Close proximity to the cute downtown area, breweries, and hiking. The house was clean and easy to access. Very comfortable and homey.

Very comfortable stay with lots of amenities!!!
Very clean and comfortable place! We needed time away and stayed here with friends. Had so much fun in Old Town, which is within walking distance! This place has 2 master suites and a rooftop patio with a firepit. It was really clean, quiet, and decorated beautifully. We didn't take the cruiser bikes out because it was too cold but we're looking forward to staying again and enjoying a ride to the local breweries this summer. It was a great time away and my wife and I are refreshed for a new week.  Oh, the garage was a nice touch, especially if it would have snowed.

Much more than I expected! Fun! Refreshed!
My wife and I stayed last weekend. Reflecting on our time here, I can't tell you how nice it was to be in a different environment that was clean and safe! I didn't realize how a break from the usual would leave me so refreshed! We stayed with friends, had plenty of space to spend time together, but also enjoyed our retreat to one of the bedrooms.

Perfect location & Incredibly Comfortable & Beautiful Place!!!
My husband and I absolutely loved staying here for an overnight getaway! Even though we live in Fort Collins, we were in desperate need to just getaway from our own home and home based business's. The location was perfect to fully enjoy the downtown area and our favorite spots!! We love Old Town FoCo so the location was a big reason why we chose this gem!! The place is beautifully decorated and incredibly clean! The rooftop deck is awesome and has some nice views, which I always appreciate! They have 2 bikes to cruise around on the close by trails or brewery hop safely. We didn't get a chance to use them, but we plan on staying there again when it is warmer and take full advantage of this awesome amenity!! Lastly, we slept great, the mattresses are so comfortable! Loved it and would highly recommend! I know we will be going back!!
