Old Town Loft Oasis with Amazing Rooftop Deck!

Amazing!

This place is AMAZING! It is centrally located and a short walk to more restaurants and shops than we had time to check out during our one week stay in March. The apartment is even more beautiful than the photos show. It was sparkling clean and had every amenity imaginable, including outdoor spaces to enjoy a meal or a quiet cocktail on the porch while watching a magnificent sunset over the mountains in the distance. All of the thoughtful touches made our stay especially comfortable and enjoyable. This is, by far, the best Airbnb stay we have enjoyed in the U.S.

Our Favorite Place to Stay!

10 stars! This is one of our favorite places to stay while in Fort Collins. This is perfect for 2 couples, or a family. The rooftop deck is great to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine. There's also a patio off the kitchen that is convenient for BBQing. This place is super clean, tasteful decor, super comfortable beds, and a nice size kitchen to cook a meal or two in. Large flat screen tv for football games too. This is on a great location, a quick walk to Old Town. Also, this is a very secure building.

Perfect!
My son and I enjoyed a week stay in this property. All the daily toiletries, towels, kitchen supplies we needed were already there. Perfect location right next to the extensive recreational areas along the Poudre River as well as Old Downtown eateries and breweries. All easily walkable. We would love to stay again.

A Perfect Place!

This is the second time we have stayed at one of these owner's properties and I would highly recommend them. They are beautiful, with every detail taken into consideration. The property is spotless and impeccable maintained. The location is extremely convenient to Old Town, the University and the best of Fort Collins. In addition, the owner is fantastic to work with ... extremely responsive and accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful Home & Location
Girl’s trip, staying 5 nights over Labor Day weekend to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. This multi-level flat was absolutely perfect. It is beautifully designed and decorated. The double masters have en-suite bathrooms located on the main floor. The kitchen and living area is on the next level that has a covered balcony off the kitchen plus a half bathroom. Then our personal favorite was the rooftop outdoor space. It is private with a fence that separates half the rooftop between two properties. The view was great and was so very nice to enjoy the gorgeous weather. The place was well stocked with all we needed plus plenty of toilet paper and best of all, coffee and creamer. We got in very late so we really appreciated the coffee. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. There is some vehicle noise at night but they were kind enough to leave ear plugs. We were just fine sleeping with the sleep noise function on our phone. The location was amazing! A couple block walk to Old Town and the action of College St. it was nice to be close to everything but not in the middle of it when trying to sleep. Parking was a breeze. We always had a spot right in front of the entrance. Stacy at MtnTime was great. I will certainly only be using MT when visiting FoCo going forward!

Perfect Location
My favorite thing on this stay was the location. My family (including two toddlers) walked so many places over the course of the week. Food, breweries, parks, the river - all just minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and we never had an issue parking right beside the building. The natural light really contributed a positive energy when waking up or relaxing after a long day. And the rental team is also very responsive - which always gives a feeling of confidence. The trash was really interesting to me - once I figured it out, the kiddos always wanted to help (and even I enjoyed it). If I had one critique - I think the blinds need some love, or maybe even replacing. But - we did get them all working, so cant knock it too much. Overall, a very solid 5 stars!

Great location, super clean!
This was our second stay with Mountain Time Vacation Rentals and both have been fantastic! Easy check-in and great communication.. FoCo is a great town, lots to do and close to everything. We spent a couple of days at Cheyenne Frontier Days and also spent a day at Rocky Mountain National Park. Saw a giant herd of Elk in downtown Estes Park just walking through town. So cool!
