Just imagine exploring Fort Collins on foot, enjoying the local food and music, and then relaxing in our beautifully remodeled home!

BATHROOM: ¾ bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

PET POLICY: Dogs Welcome...We love dogs! However... all pets must be pre-approved (no aggressive breeds) and a pet fee will be due at booking. Unapproved pets and excessive barking or aggression are grounds for removal of pets from the property or eviction of tenants.
