This is a gorgeous, comfortable, spacious, well appointed home. Everything is new and beautiful. (Not the place for very young children!) It was a great location for us, right between relatives we were visiting and old town Ft. Collins. The house is very well equipped and we had more than everything we needed! There is a pretty backyard with sitting/eating area and a grill. We loved our stay here and hope to be able to return next year.

Love this home!
We have stayed in many properties in Fort Collins, and this home is definitely one of my favorites! We came for parents weekend at CSU. This home is super cozy and cute! I loved the kitchen and made a ton of meals for our daughter and her friends from the university. The location is perfect for both the university and Old Town. We really enjoyed the entertainment area in the basement for watching TV! This time, it was only my husband and I that stayed there. It was a little big just for the two of us, but if you had many people, there’s definitely room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Everything about this home exceeded our expectations. The home is beautiful and in a perfect location to enjoy the Fort Collins area. BEAUTIFUL HOME
This home is absolutely stunning. It is modern and has a wonderful concept. We were so delighted with our stay and the attention we received from the property managers. I lost my Apple Watch during my time in Fort Collins and reached out to the management after I left and Leslie was so attentive and willing to help. We were a family group in town to celebrate my 50th birthday. This house has everything you could possibly need or want and it is beautiful! The beds are comfy, the towels are plush and every detail in this house is designed to make you feel at home! It is in a great location to walk into town and you can easily get to Rocky Mountain National Park. We will hopefully be back one day!!

Fantastic Property!
Our family had a great experience staying at this amazing property! The house has one of the most impressive, classy renovations I’ve seen, and is in a great location close to Old Town and Colorado State University. Our host, Kelly, was excellent to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. This is a great house perfect for a large family or group with ample parking. Beautiful new home a short walk from downtown!!!
The house looked and smelled brand new!!! Very open and spacious. We really liked that it was a short walk or bike ride to downtown. Access to the garage to store bikes was really convenient. It is well represented in the pictures and I thought a very good value for the price. We would definitely stay there again!! The owner was very responsive to any questions we had.
