Brilliant Posh Home – Backs to Poudre River Trail!

Home Away From Home
We are always concerned when booking a place for an extended stay that we have never been. This unit lived up to all expectations. We stayed in this unit for six weeks and we loved it. It had plenty of room for us. The location is perfect; we enjoyed walking to old town and the river trail. We also enjoyed Martinez Park, at the rear of the unit. The porch was simply awesome; we spent lots of time there. Check in and out was seamless; the place was clean and stocked enough with cleaning supplies that there was no need to shop immediately. While the kitchen has all the utensils ever needed, we found ourselves taking advantage of the great restaurants that were within walking distance. This unit is decorated very well. Everything about the unit is well done. We had no issues during our stay. This unit deserves all of the five stars that we are giving it. We are planning a return. We would definitely use Mountain Time Management again, we are very happy with them and we saved some money by booking directly.

Great Place to stay!
We loved staying here! So close to Old Town - 5-10 minute walk to entertainment/spas/shopping/dining....to have your backyard facing a park and the trail just behind it was the best of both worlds! The property is so comfortable and loved the large kitchen/open concept. there were a couple minor issues but we contacted Mountain Time and they had someone there within 1-2 hours. Great communication! When we travel to the area we always book directly with Mountain Time. Highly recommend the property and the management team!! We will be back!

You Won’t Want to Leave
This home is wonderful in every way. It’s bright, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped and within walking distance from all of the delicious restaurants, coffee shops and cute boutique shops downtown. The front and back porches are also perfect spaces for relaxing. We always book directly with Mountain Time when we visit Fort Collins. The team is friendly and responsive. All of their homes are welcoming, comfortable and clean. You cannot go wrong with this home or with Mountain Time Vacation Rentals.

An Ideal Home to Access all of Fort Collins
Home was great to access fly fishing the Poudre both in town and the mountains. Walk to the Community Center to workout. And Dazbog coffee right there - perfect! Loved walking into town for dinner and drinks. Nice porch to relax in the evenings.

WE LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
This is the second year we've stayed here. And, we are already booked for next year as well!!!! Needless to say, "We love this place!" The location is great! Right on the trail for bike rides, or runs, or just to look at the river. It's a short walk downtown. And, love the neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly. It's a Goldilocks place for us (not too big, not too small - it's 'just right'). We cook regularly. We have the kids over. Or, just hang out. ...one of my favorite places is the back porch... It feels like our home away from home. And, it has been for the last couple of years. A good way to escape the Oklahoma heat. Looking forward to next year! Jim & Cherryl

Perfect home away from home for our family. We loved being so close to the bike trail and Poudre River. It's so easy to get downtown and just a really beautiful space. We hope to be back!
